Common questions about ZekAi

No. ZekAi works with eCloud ERP out of the box, but we ship connectors for several major ERPs already in use by our customers (Uyumsoft, SAP read-only, plus generic SQL/REST adapters). Tell us your stack and we'll confirm the fit before any commitment.

No. ZekAi maps each question to a curated, version-controlled script. The model picks the right script and parameters — it does not write raw SQL against production. New scripts are reviewed and added by our team, then become available to every customer.

Conversation history and ERP data live in your isolated tenant in our EU/Finland hosting. The underlying language model is configurable — we default to the best-fit option for cost/quality and can swap or self-host on request. Customer data is never used to train external models.

ZekAi is offered as a monthly subscription, sized by the number of channels (WhatsApp/Telegram/web), users, and query volume. It can be added to an eCloud ERP subscription or run standalone against a supported ERP. Request a quote for your configuration.
