Through Logo's REST-based web services, we provide secure access to personnel, account, stock and voucher data. Using token-based authentication, the portal reads via standard endpoints and sends approved documents to Logo. This is the preferred method, as it is the least affected by version updates.
Through the Logo Objects / LOGO Unity layer, we create vouchers and documents in a controlled way, applying Logo's own business rules. Because records such as expense vouchers, payment orders and orders are written through Logo's validation logic, data integrity is guaranteed.
In scenarios where the REST or Objects layer is not sufficient, we access the LG_ and LKS tables in Logo's SQL Server database directly, using read-only queries. This delivers high-performance reads aligned with your company and period structure; write operations are always performed through Logo's approved layer.
Employee ID, department, job title, start date and the organisation chart are pulled read-only from Logo HR / Payroll Plus. No duplicate personnel records are kept in the portal; the source is always Logo.
Cost centre and chart-of-accounts codes are read from Logo. Expense and purchase requests are mapped to the correct centre; approved expense totals are written back to the relevant cost centre as a voucher.
Invoices arriving via the Logo Connect e-Invoice flow are routed for approval in the portal; approved amounts are transferred to Logo as payment orders. The invoice-approval-payment chain remains traceable end to end.
Customer and supplier account cards are read from Logo. The correct account is selected in field, request and purchasing processes; instead of creating new accounts, work is carried out with the existing Logo account cards.
Logo stock cards, unit and balance information are read. Purchase and field requests are created with real stock data; approved orders are written to Logo as order vouchers.
Clock-in/clock-out and overtime records from the portal are collected; approved timekeeping results are transferred to Logo HR / Payroll Plus as payroll input. Manual Excel transfers are eliminated.
Leave requests go through multi-level approval in the portal; approved leave balances and movements are written to Logo HR. Leave entitlement data stays in sync with Logo.
